i like this guy. but hes always mean to me, like always calls me names on IM. at school he says "hi" to me all the time. then he tells me i bug him a lot. and i'm annoying. but hes the one who IMS me first, and texts me first thing in the morning. and he just told me that i bug a lot and stuff, so i just exed out of the IM and ignored him then he IMS me and said hes sorry and that he'll try to be nice. why is he soo mean, but always messages me,texts, and IMs me if i bug so much?

A lot of young guys don't know how to express themselves when they like a girl. So unfortunately they are rude, and may even be physically rough instead of respecting her.
Have a talk with him and explain that what he is doing is turning you off of him. You may not stay friends if he continues his adolescent behavior.
