Bob Sura is on the Houston Rockets roster right now, but he has not played a single game all season. He was hoping to play this year and return from multiple knee surgeries, but Jeff Van Gundy has recently stated that it does not seem likely anymore. He is expected to retire after this season. The Rockets are trying to decide what to do with him, but they are in no rush right now.

Yes,.....I remeber reading an article about him that he recently had a lot of surgeries,...and although I am not sure if he is retiring,....I just remember the article saying that the Rockets shouldn't expect his help anytime soon.

He's undergone several surgeries in the past year and is expected to miss this season. No idea if he plans on retiring, but do not draft him in your fantasy leagues. =P

hes on the Rockets IR....
but they dont expect him to come back...i think they are gonna buy out his contract....he was a good player but injury ******* him over
