Is the amount of ram bottlenecked the most by the bus, the board, the space confines, or the operating system?

I'm just wondering whats stopping me from adding rediculous amounts of ram.

I've had friends who made it and didn't make it to U of I.
I know that U of I is getting tougher to get in to.
How hard is it? I am thinking about majoring in Computer Science.
With Computer Science, it is probably hard to get in but it's included in the LAS category, which is one of the easier things to get in with. So I don't really understand the difficulty. If I am top 15-20% of the class, then what ACT score will I need to get accepted? What is the average class rank and ACT scores of the students who are accepted?

Here's The Deal............

I have a Wii and PS2 I'm going to get a GameCube for My Niece and 2 Nephews because they are messing over my game systems. I may play also but, I have $300 bucks but I'm not gonna blow $300 bucks on a GameCube.

So..... I want to buy them a New One to Play, two new games to start off with, and 1 extra controller. Where can I get all this for under $200 bucks? Please don't say buy it used. I want all this stuff to be brand new.

My one year old dog sleeps on the foot of my bed at night with me and sometimes in the middle of the night her legs and sometimes her whole bod will shake and twitch. Should I be conserned? I don't think she is cold because my room is always warm. I don't know what to do.

O-kay... So... I'm fourteen, almost fifteen, and I have really leniant parents. They give me a lot of freedom, but restrict me from this one thing. My mom won't let me buy any video games that allow you to kill human beings in it.

She's not super strict about it, though. She trusts me not to go and get them on my own, which I won't, and she doesn't start rummaging through all my games or some crap looking for 'em. She just tells me not to, and expects me to listen. She also lets me get games that involve you killing things that aren't human, such as Resident Evil and stuff.

So, anyway, I was just wonderin' if you guys could help me out, and give me some advice on how to convince her to let me play these kind of games.

I'm in almost all of his courses and hang out with him all the time, but mostly as a group. I remember him saying once that he likes it when the girl makes the first move but i'm terrified he doesn't feel the same way. I'm enjoying what we have now but want to know if there is more. Just a side note, i'm a christian so it's not like i'm going to throw myself at him to get his attention. I want an answer that is reasonable and won't end our friendship.
