Im a mother too so I want to give her advice on how to take care of the baby and herself?

Instead of giving her advice on the how to's, tell her that if she needs you for anything, you are there. Whether it be taking the baby for a few hours so she can sleep or problems with feeding etc...

No offense but if you have to ask what advise to give her- you probably shouldnt be giving her any..
Just tell her what is in YOUR heart--dont rely on someone elses advice...
Give her some of you own......

there's is no advice needed.she needs your support.morally and physically.
