The Book of Mormon quotes extensively from the King James Version of the Bible, with its Shakespearean English, which was already considered archaic in Joseph Smith’s day. It has troubled some readers that The Book of Mormon, this “most correct” of books, lifts at least 27,000 words directly from the Bible version that is purportedly full of errors and that Smith later undertook to revise.
Jehovah's witnesses only use the bible and have only one wife.

I'm a Dutch straight guy, but strongly in favor of equal rights for all human beings.

I recently participated in the gay parade in Romania. It made me wonder about how marketing works. I don't think 300 guys in a dress, no matter how colorful it looks to me, is the best way to advertise gay rights. 300 guys in a tuxedo would also look kinda silly, so, I have no idea how to do it better, btw.

I also wonder if the term 'gay rights' is the best way to claim the rights of homosexuals. Wouldn't it be much better, and much more fair to simply talk about 'human rights' ?

I was just curious on your opinions about this.

I do work. I'm responsible and go to work 5 days a week and put in good work. But I don't like working for its own sake. This covers all work. Housework, work work, homework; I don't like being forced to do things I don't want to.

So, if I work according to what's necessary to live, but don't get much out of the process, does this mean I have poor character?

I have had numerous electrical problems with this truck. Mechanically, it's solid. Electronics are another story. I probably will not buy another GMC as this was my first experience and it hasn't been positive.

My latest is the instrument cluster just quitting. I've read of cold weather being a possible cause. I'm not too sure about that, but have no other theories. Checked fuses, all good.

Have you had problems with a GMC 2500HD? I'm especially interested in tales of woe with 2003's, but any and all info is welcome.

My daughter has a few pairs of blue jean shorts that she always wears. She changes them every day though-she has like 5 pairs of the same kind. She wears them all the time. I mean ALL the time, except for when she is taking a shower. She even wears them underneath jeans and skirts whenever we go out places. I discovered this two months ago and I asked her about it. She was embarrassed and she said that she didn't know why she did it but she felt naked when she didn't have them on. I made her go to school without wearing them underneath her jeans once and it drove her crazy she said she felt uncomfortable all day. I've never heard of this issue before. I've talked to friends and they have never heard of it. Has anyone ever heard of someone doing this? What caused her to start doing this? Does anybody know how I can get her to stop this habit? Why does she feel she has to wear these shorts all the time to be comfortable?

Some baptize repeating the words father son and holy ghost but no one in the Bible ever did it that way. The Bible said to baptize in the NAME of so it does not mean in the NAMES father son and Holy Ghost.

I recently took in a new cat. She was oviously lost or abandend. Declawed and I would assume spayed. I am not sure of the exact age but she does not seem that old. She is a great cat but I am very worried. She vomits everyday. It looks like she vomits up all her food and it has a little bit of hair in it. No blood. I have changed her food, and even tried the indoor formula. I have tried to make an appointment with the vet but, none have openings until February or they are not taking new patients. Until I can get to a vet, does anyone have any idea what it might be or have any suggestions as to what I might do in the meantime? She doesnt seem like she is in any pain, Her litterbox habits are normal, I can't figure what the problem could be.

Maybe it's stupid. i'm 21 but acting like a little kid. i've been with this guy for three months and we (mostly he) decided to become just friends. well, we still slept together after that but then i called him twice the other week and then decided that i won't call him anymoe, if he wants he'll call. well...he's not calling. i miss him but know that if we should just be friends it's probably the best for me that i don't talk to him. i really would like to hear from him though. should i just call him. wuld i be forcing myself on him?
