Exercise would be the easiest way, though I'm not sure the sensation would be as intense. Eating chocolate, while not having endorphins, does have a chemical that produces a similar effect. Obviously you'd need to eat a *lot* of chocolate to notice the effect, but who wants to complain about eating chocolate? That's thought to be one of the reasons people love chocolate as a comfort food, because it produces a sleight feeling of happiness.

As everyone else has said - Exercise. However, you CAN become addicted to it. Some become addicted to adrenaline, which is a natural high caused by something "risky" - like skydiving, roller coasters, etc.

Eat chocolate and salami while running towards a person with whom you think you could fall in love.

But don't do drugs, they are bad.
