I want them home. I've had family serving there. We all think it's a lost cause. We (Americans) are in too deep, now. I don't think the President wants to admit that all of the lives lost were for nothing. I come from millitary a military family and we love this country----but in every battle there comes a time when you have to dig in and fight or cut your losses and accept defeat. As far as I'm concerned--we fought the good fight. What do you think.

Oh god I just got on the scales at home and I nearly passed out.

I've gone up to 21 stone 3 pounds.

Has anyone got any 1 got any good ideas for healthy foods that I can eat that dont cost a fortune.

And before anyone starts yes I do exercise alot I just cant seem to shift this weight and it getting to me now.

I had recently came back to Melbourne from Hong Kong. And ever since that, I have been experiencing a feeling, which I think is loneliness. I used to be enthusiastic towards my life; I used to like spending time alone. But now, I do not feel like doing anything and I feel miserable when I am by myself.
Is this feeling loneliness? And how can I return to my old self? Please help! Thanks!
