Yes, I find it easy. I have prunes with my breakfast cereal. I have a banana with my sandwich at lunch, vegetables or salad with my dinner, always followed by fresh fruit salad for dessert.
It sounds boring but after a while of eating like this, I have come to much prefer fruit salad for dessert than a cream bun or sponge pudding.

What a nice question
I don't manage to get my 5 a day :(
I do want to give some comments. You can count juice if you don't filter the juice. Sometime people extract their juice, this way you'll get juice withour fibres. The 5 a day approach is also based on fibre intake. So if you transform your fruit into juice, transform it completely!
It is known that 5 fruits a day is far easier than 5 veggies a day.
As a conclusion, scientific literature states that the frequency (the sread over a day) is more important than the quantity. But yes, the 5 a day rule is just an informal recommendation

Usually, sometimes get up to 8 a day. Manage it maily through fruit but make an effort to eat veg too. Remember that fruit in smoothies, juices and yoghurts count. Try grating a carrot into spag bol, you can't taste it but the goodness is there. Snack on evg during the day.

I eat way more than five a day. When the Government were putting together the 5 a day campaign it was really meant to be nine a day but they thought that was too much for most people to aim for. So when you aim for five and eat only two or three you are in a much worse positin than you thought.

I pre-make a lot of my food items for the week on sunday so it's much easier to put my meals together during the week.
I usually eat 6x a day. the first and last meals are usually protein shakes and the other meals are fish, lean beef, chicken, lean beef or seafood. along with that plenty of low GI carbs, leafy green vegetables and some healthy fats...

Easily. Bananas or blueberries on muesli for breakfast. Piece of fruit as mid morning snack. Two veg with lunch. Piece of fruit as afternoon snack. Two veg with dinner. Or blend some veg into a soup. Also a couple of glasses of freshly squeezed juice.
Get a juicer and a blender!!!
