My sister is a counsellor in hospital and earns around $50,000 a year. She has the hots for a doctor who earns around $100,000 a year. My sister, me and my friends have been discussing this. Most of us earn $40,000-$60,000 and we are all dating/married to men who earn around the same with the exception of 1 friend who earns almost $10,000 less than her husband. My sister has asked us for advice & we have all said- go for it! She is not a gold digger, and at 26 years of age she has done well for herself- own car, house, 1 holiday home....The doctor she likes is 30 years old & drives a car & owns a home way more expensive than hers. He does like her- it is obious. But she feels a bit intimidated by his money. Do you think telling her to go for it was wise advice? Do you consider someones earnings when deciding wether to date them or not? and How much does it really matter? & lastly To pre-nup or Not to pre-nup? What is your answer? All you need is love......right????
