ok my computer has 4 USB ports and two of them are on the computer itself and the other 2 are on the screen. the 2 on the screen i leave the cords in them, on is my iPod cord and the other goes to my camera. is it ok to never take the USB cords out?

Okay i dont live with my mom or dad.. i live with my aunt. Im really scared of my mom and i get sick everytime i see her. She is a drug user but she is at a rehab getting help... shes been in a rehab for 3 yrs. And soon she is comming out of the rehab. And im scared she is going to relaps! Hey everyone, this is going to be a very hard question to describe, but I'll try, (and please don't tak me as arrogant):
I know that all the poeple in the philosphy section of Y!A are very deep, and serious, i always get great answers whenever I have questions, so i thought i'd ask...
I was once talking to one of my best friends [a girl] and we started to get all deep, and philosophical, and talking about serious things...or at least attempting to.Yet, when she was talking to me, I could tell that she was being very serious about it all, but it seemed so...well, 'shallow'. I mean, you can never tell if it was just because she has trouble communicating her thoughts, even though they might be profound in meaning.

So my question: do you think humans, in general, at one point of their lives, think deeply and philosophically?For instance, I always wonder if lets say, Jessica Simpson has ever had a deep thought in her life..or are some people just-plain, incapable of thinking that way?

She refuses to put it down, she has failed all her school classes,she will not talk to people in the house she text messages them, and her father ( my son) refuses to take the phone away from her. He feels guilty because her mother ( they were never married) recently passed away and he is a single dad who never knew he had a child until 8 years ago and had no idea how to parent. He treats her like an adult and she is a rude spoiled brat. He travels 2 weeks out of each month on business so she stays with us and she is terrible. She refuses to talk to us, she only comes out of her room to eat and use the restroom. I don't text message so there is no communication. I think she needed a spanking several years ago but it is too late. She NEVER had a normal childhood. Until my son found out about her she lived with her mom in a truck and with friends etc. Never had anything stable. Help

I thought I was going to lose my mind that day. Some days I want to put him in camo give him a gun and throw him in Baghdad. I'm not sure why people vote for him to stay in government.

I am 37 weeks (38 on Jan. 16th) and I haven't been having BH contractions. Instead every now and then I get really strong menstrual pains and a lot of baby movement. Maybe I have them and just don't realize it, or maybe what I just describe is BH and I just look at them different, I don't know. How can I tell if I am having BH and tell the difference between those and menstrual pains?

Last year, when I was 13, I used to be 5"1, and 78 pounds, this year, I am 14, and I went to my doctor, and he said I have grown to 5"6, and I am now 74 pounds, and he told me that I have to gain weight. I really don't want to gain weight, because I am a little fat, but my doctor said I must. How can I gain weight? But only like 10 pounds? Also how can I gain weight the healthy way? Like I don't want to eat fast food, or junk, or soda, I want to eat healthily.

I cant say what it is or it will unbalance the answers, so lets just say you have a nice car it may be a bit old but it still works good and has no major problems but you want a new one and you know you should because the old one is shure to have problems sooner or later. Dont make a big deal out of this I am just asking how do you change your mind to want something weather it makes sence or not? I mean what if I get a new one and hate it or as I get used to it I find I dont like it, knowing I could have kept the other one? Dont get me wrong I want it I just dont want it enough to go thru all the hassel of the change. Please help this is killing me!

I am 13 years old. I really want a dog. We are a really active family. don't tell me i'm to young to have a dog because i am very responsible and my parents have agreed to let me have one if i do research and think about what breed is best for me. I am looking for a very energetic and active dog one that would be good at frisbee and agility. I would also like a running partner. Medium- large in size. i also probably couldn't get a very fancy breed because i am against puppy mills and back yard breeders so we would probably get the dog from the pound or a local rescue. I am just looking for a nice family dog that i can cuddle up with on the couch or go outside and play with. this dog would also have to be good with other dogs and just an all around nice breed. thank you very much. give me lots of suggestions.

I remember the first movie with Tommy Howell and Rutger Hauer as the kller. Very scary movie. Part II was just as scary as the first
in the movie trailers for the new version. The story seems to have changed a bit. Do anyone think this version will be as good as the first with the changes? Do you think it is worth seeing?
