It did not work for me. I was hungry ALL of the time. I actually ended up gaining weight on it. The best diet, in my opinion, is cutting everything you eat in half. Have smaller portions and allow one fun food (small portion) a day. Make sure that the fun food you eat is not a trigger food (one that you know you can't stop eating once you start). That way you can eat what you want (in moderation) and still lose weight.

try excercising and putting down the fork more often. it'll work better than slim fast.

No. Doesn't work for me. Read the labels.... the stuff is loaded with sugar.
