Is it wrong not to be patriotic too?

I dont feel that I should have any special ties or pledges to any countries of any sort eccept for cultural. Also under no terms would I ever want to join the militry, I find it quite pointless and redundant and I would NEVER do it. I feel that my life is way more important and I would never risk it to be in the army. The only way I would risk my life is to help someone else(if I knew I could) Also if something goes down here I would be the first one at the airport leaving for another country. I don't pledge allegance to the flag because it seems hypocritical.

Am I wrong? Should I be patriotic and have a sense of nationalism toward America.? because I know i feel the same way eaqually about all countries. Is it wrong for me not to want to protect "my country" in the line of duty even though it may mean risking my life?

There is this guy who I've been dating and hanging out with alot since the beginning of December. We have gotten fairly intimate but not too far. We have actually known eachother for a long time (Several years), and only recently have we been taking the relationship further. So here we are, little over a month of dating. Would this be considedred a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship? So far the relationship has been monogamous on both sides. Neither one of us has said "I love you." It almost feels too soon to say that. I feel nothing but love for him, but it seems like if I said it now it might scare him away. Do you think it's too soon to use the "L" word? Boyfriend or no?

So, I pass a lot of gas (both farts and burps), even at work. I never had a girlfriend, so they say it's no wonder i never had anyone. One of my workmates says that having a relationship and being with your girl equals no more gas. Are women truly appalled by farts ? I always say if they want me they have to take everything...

i know there is a lot of immaturity on here, but it could be a good forum for those of us that are real about it.

i'm a professional in the construction industry, and notice that nothing electroinc is really geared toward the industry.

this could even be beneficial to home owners that are having work done and aren't familiar with techniques, scopes and what things should cost.

About a month ago my son's kindergarten teacher resigned.
And so the teachers aid took on the job until they hired a new teacher. January 2nd was her first day. and off the back I disliked her because when I tried introducing myself. She looked me up and down and walked away. The teachers aid noticed that and came up to talk to me and told me how my son was doing in school. ( I look like I'm 17 but I'm not )
The second day after school I tried talking to her again but It was the same thing besides this time she actually said Hi.
I was ready to pull my son out of this class and get him a new teacher but my husband talked me out of it. He told me that we should keep him in there because my son loved the teachers aid.
This week I found out that the new teacher fired the teachers aid and brought in a new one. Well now my son is scared and doesn't want to go to school. He also has a disability so It was hard to even get him in the first place to go to school.

Come on Oklahoma, Oregan State? That is who Boise boast of beating. I thouroghly enjoyed watching them beat OU, but OU had a half-decent team at best this year. If Boise played Florida, LSU, Wisconsin, Auborn, USC, or even Ohio State they would get killed. We saw what happened last year when they tried to play a SEC school, Georgia kicked the shitt out of them. Great undefeated season, but get real, even your coach said that you should not be ranked higher than #4. Beating San Jose, Fresno ST, LA Tech, Sac St, Wyoming, etc. hardley gives you an argument as being the best team in the country.

Im trying to send videos to my phone from my computer.
i click on the bluetooth icon at the top of the screen it sends it to my phone but then it says, 'there is an error ' and i cant play it for some reason.

i have another lap top that has a 40 gb hard drive in it with all my files that i need to access.. but the monitor broke.. so i was wondering if i could take that hard drive and put it into this laptop.. im guessing it is safe because i cant see why it wouldnt be.. but i figured i would ask before i break this one too lol.. my other computor is a windows XP professional HP laptop and this one is Windows media center XP, acer laptop... is this safe to do? thx
