Bluetooth error? whats wrong?

Im trying to send videos to my phone from my computer.
i click on the bluetooth icon at the top of the screen it sends it to my phone but then it says, 'there is an error ' and i cant play it for some reason.
what am i doing wrong?

I'll give you some steps to try.
(These steps can helpful if you have a bluetooth Dongle and driver cd)

1. Install the cd came with the dongle.
2. activate bluetooth in your mobile.
3. plug in the dongle into a USP port.
4 . Double click and open the Bluetooth program.
5. In the middle you will a Orange sphere. click that and wait it will detect your phone.
6.Now right click your phone(appear in computer screen) and select refresh services
7. you can see that 3 Icones on the top will be activated(Icones will turn to Yellow color). double click Blueetooth file transfer service.
8. your phone will ask confirmation for acceting connection request from your computer via bluetooth, accept it.
9. New window will appear(Remote share folder) in your computer in that window you can past the songs/ringing tones you copy from your computer by edit->copy, edit-> paste.
10. once you past the song in the Remote share folder it will start send the file to your mobile phone.

11. It takes some time to send the data. Be patient.

Your bluetooth has no longer some thing to do with DNS, you signing on to the community does. try turning off your modem and the router, wait 20 seconds, and turn the modem on first and then the router. about your bluetooth, basically try putting it up like it truly is the first time.
