I am only suggesting one female that is crazy enough to play in the NHL ..... not all females.
Also can I try out for the NHL or will I be discriminated for being a female?....Just curious

Manon Rheaume is the one you are thinking off...and there are a few more playing in the AHL,IHL,and other independant leagues.If a woman is trully good enough,she'll make it to the NHL,but its going to be very tough because of the physical nature of the sport

There was a female goalie who almost made it about 10 years ago. I can't remember her name but she was signed by a team and just next got a chance to play (as I remember it anyway...) So there is always hope!

i woman has to be on steriods in order to compete in the NHL, imagine if they got into a fight

she would get killed out there those guys are too big she would not last one game, unless she was a goalie then maybe other than that she would get squashed
