Hi there...um...I was just wandering how much body fat a women should have, i'm 16 but i'll be 17 really soon and is 24% body fat bad? I weigh about 115lbs and my height is about 5ft 4.5inches. oh and i'm a female. :) I work out about at least 30minutes to 1hour a day.(Lifting weights, but if I have school I jog for about 5-10minutes and do the same amount of weight lifting, 30min-1hour.)

When I play the video on My Sonic it is fine. However, once I burn it to the DVD it has like a 10 second speech delay where the words are spoken on the screen before my mouth or body starts moving in the video. I have a 5 Stack DVD burner which is top notch. I'm burning the master DVD from my HP Laptop which is also good quality.

So what am I doing wrong in the burning process to cause this delay and how do I fix it. Give me directions in dummies terms please - I'm no expert at burning DVDS. Thanks.

The guy i love has played with my feelings and messed me around,he dumped me by phone and said he just wanted to be friends. I'm so hurt,i havent slept all night,or eaten anything and i've cried none stop. I was thinking about revenge,i kinda like his friend who works in the same office as him. i got to know that laptops can have maximum 512 MB RAM only, whereas windows VISTA requires minimum 1 GB RAM. So, is it not possible to install Windows VISTA in current laptops?? And are they launching new laptops on January 31st which support windows vista??

i've never done it, but for some reason i was just curious about what would happen next time if i did. doesn't the whole tub get full of blood? cuz ppl always say you should take a warm bath during ur period to make urself feel better. why? and does the blood just stop coming out for a while (like, during the bath)? thanks!

I have a main admin account, and one for each member of the family. Two admin for adults and two limited access for children. I had Bt Broadband and this worked with all of the accounts ok, but I have just installed the home hub, and although this is working fine of the main account, I cant get any of the other accounts to access the Internet.

I follow the prompts, signing into BTYahoo, doing the same for parental controls, but I am unable to get a connection from a user account. The main account works no problem. Any one got any ideas how to get round this?

I have also noticed that there seems to be no consistency between User accounts when installing software. I always install software on the main user account. Sometimes this software is available in the other user accounts sometimes it isn’t, there seems to be no rule about what becomes available to other users and what does not. Any Ideas how to manage this?

I dont mind providing DNA ok its just the fact he is asking me to do it after 12 wks which I believe could harm the child - I do not want to harm the child and said I can provide after its born but he said he will not look after me if I do not cave into his demands..people Im trying to be responsible but what would you do if you were in this position? in that league which is different than head-to-head leagues.--does the min. amount of goaltending apply which affects statistics?--i read that goaltending must be done at least 3 times from a mon-through sunday otherwise your stats from goaltending(i guess they mean u played 1 or 2 games and not 3) that week wont count.--but in a rotissere league does that apply?

The Audio of my computer is not working properly ... All it needs is a driver but I can't find any . My Windows is "Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" . When I first installed windows , the VGA was not detected so I installed VGA but now the audio's gone . I have clicked the Hardware Troubleshoot button but nothing helps .

I used to love QVC, because they had jewelery that you just can't get in the high street, but they were always sending me rings that had missing stones. I notice, that they don't even try to hide it when the presenter has a piece that's broken, and the most amazing thing is that the item sells out!! How come people still buy the stuff?
It's true I have had some really lovely pieces of jewelery from them, but most of it is badly made and the fact that the quality control doesn't even extend to what they show on live TV, makes me puzzled!

Mr. GorgeousFluffpot and I are planning a trip to Borneo and know there are several orang-utan sanctuaries there. However, I've been told that some of them are just like zoos and you can't touch the orang-utans or play with them, but there are others where you can freely hold them and play with them.
