Just heard they still have not buried James Brown he died on christmas. Why won't they just bury him.

Because his family (the lady who lived with him) and his children are in turmoil about the will. The controller of the estate will be the one to decide where he is burried but that has to be figured out. Pretty much everyone involed wants his money and property. Another loving greed war over a deceased superstar

Because they are in a contest with Anna Nicole Smith to see who could hold out for the longest time before burial...
She didn't bury Daniel for 39 days so it's gonna be awhile for James Brown's family to top that.
