The Audio of my computer is not working properly ... All it needs is a driver but I can't find any . My Windows is "Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" . When I first installed windows , the VGA was not detected so I installed VGA but now the audio's gone . I have clicked the Hardware Troubleshoot button but nothing helps .

A little help here !

If you know what model/type sound card you have all you need to do is search for a driver on the web.

If the sound card is integrated on the mainboard & you are not sure what it is then you must identify your mainboard & go to the manufacturer's website for the drivers.

Here is a link on how to identify your motherboard :

You may also wish to install the latest service pack for Windows XP Home Edition. It may well include the driver & upon reboot install it automatically.
