Here, I have listed the body fat percentages for females:

10%-12%: Essential Body Fat
13%-17%: Athletes/Body Builders
18%-24%: Ideal Fitness
25%-30%: Acceptable
Over 30%: Overfat

As you can see, your body fat percentage is ideal, although I have a feeling it might be a bit less than your scale says. I would have your body fat percentage tested professionally. HTH : )

Sounds like you are in very good condition. I don't know how they calculate body fat. Some people have larger frames than others. Being built like a 12 yr. old boy is not attractive so you just keep up what you've been doing.

Ive found that for the most part for women. That from one and a half to two pounds per inch of height looks just fine. For your height that's 96.75lbs. to 129lbs. So you look fine.

p.s. if you're an Aquarius! that would make you a cool hot chick

Sounds fine to me. Don't worry so much about the numbers as about how you look and feel. A scale can't give you nearly as much information as you can get from just paying attention to your body.

According to what I have read, your just about perfect.
You can lose 2% more fat, but no more. If you do you will be in the danger zone.
Good Luck.

Hmm 24%...are you sure that's right? That means you have 28 pounds of fat. That doesn't sound right.
