my hubby left home 3 years ago, he is going to file a divorce againt me, can I look for a PI to proof he is having affair after 3 years of separation? and how to get PI?

Make yourself happy. For what you go and look for a PI?? When he want a divorce??It might be obvious to you but it is useless.Dont make yourself unhappy or stress up.
Live your self happy.Give the best out of you.Think of your future.

He abandoned you. You don't need to prove anything. You'll get a favorable ruling in this matter just make sure you file an answer using an attorney once you receive the divorce papers.

Look, he left 3 yrs ago. that should tell you something. If he hasn't been back in that 3 yrs then you should have spent that time figuring out why he left and how to move on.
Don't get a PI, give him what he wants-If money is involved, get your lawyer to ask for spousal support/something. but it is more than time that you let each other go....
