I am thinking of a career change. Going back to school and becoming a nurse. Not sure if it is a good fit though. Anyone out there with any advice. I do realize that it will take some time but i am willing to stick it out.

Does anyone know what it means when you call a cell phone number and you get the following message: "This person is not accepting messages at this time." I called my friend yesterday and this is the message I heard on her phone.

I basically have been rejected by every guy i have ever met for the last 10 years, and i only really like my cat anymore.... i mean, i am totally serious about this. now i understand the old cat ladies... but i always just thought they were like totally wacky and crazy, but now i see it's just easier. what do you think?

I am old and am trying to update skilles. so being able to use Microsoft XP PRO. ever one uses Microsoft ( I think it sucks) any way, the computer says that a Driver is not working. What do I do? also the computer come with Microsoft Xp pro and I don`t have the disc. what a bargain.

Is the PLACE where you tie your boat up, if it's an extension of the land out to sea, a manmade structure, is it called a jetty?

What are the post things called that you tie your boat up to? I mean the things you wrap and tie the ropes around?

Any help at all will be very gratefully received. I'm writing a fictional book about pirates, among other things, and am just a tad bit stuck. To be honest I know nothing about boats. With most things, I can just write anything and people tend to just generally accept it. But with this, well its basic stuff and I just don't have a clue.

I'm 16 years old, around 5'11", and I weigh about 158 lbs. I'm no where near fat or overweight, but I have this annoying packet of fat around my waist and stomach. I'm active in sports, and I exercise a lot, including ab workouts. No matter what, I can't get abs because I have fat that covers it. Not to mention I have love handles that won't go away.

Is there a way to just lose that fat without going on a diet? I think it would be unhealthy to lose too much weight, since I am at a healthy weight now. But my love handles are driving me crazy! Thanks.

My son got married in 2005. Until then he was always with us on Christmas in CA. In 2004 he got engaged at Christmas and asked that we would come there. We did.Sometime after that he told us he would have to alternate Christmas with us. We totally understood. LY we went the week before to see him and his wife. This year thinking it was our turn we made plans to spend Christmas in Boston (3000 miles away from our home). When we got here we were told they couldn't spend Christmas with us as she had a bigger family. Yesterday he told me, we can no longer alternate Christmas that he said that several years ago and I shouldn't expect him to stick to it.

I am a co-trustee and a beneficiary. In 06 I was given a disbursement of money from the irrevocable trust. I have been told that I do not claim the disbursement as income taxes--as they are not income---but I would need to later claim, of course, any interest earned from that disbursement.
