My GF & I non custodial parent went to go pick up my other two kids from a past relationship in which I have joint custody and visitation. The custodial parent brings the kids to my car & she starts trying to argue with my GF in front of the kids. About 6 of her family member come out side and attack my GF and I verbally and physically in front of the kids. My GF and I got the kids in the car and call the police to file a report. Court order states that I am suppose to pick the kids up from non-custodial parent, I have third party relative that agreed to have the kids dropped off with them so I can pick them up without seeing non off her family. I am going to get a lawyer &have a motion to change visitation conditions for a 3rd party, but the court date won’t be by the next time I have to pick my kids up again. I am refusing to pick them up and going against court orders because my safety is at stake. What can I do?

I just called my guy to talk and possibly hang out, and literally 30 secs into the conversation, I asked him what he was doing. He said 'watching football' and I said jokingly, 'Do you want me to call you back?' and he goes, 'Yeah'.

Is it okay for me to be annoyed?

Now, I want to know whether or not I should call him now that the game is over? Should I call him or have him call me in case he's in some post-game mood?

I am 17 years old, I have just noticed a lot of new things about me.

I don't enjoy trips with my parents anymore, but I don't mind being with my friends.

I get this feeling that I know better than my parents, which is weird for me.

I no longer prejudge a person anymore, I just see everyone as myself.

I listen to a wider ranger of musical genres

I want to be independent on everything

I don't talk to my parents as much as before

I need some advice on what to do in my relationship, My children and I live with my boyfriend for the last 3 years, his kids come over every weekend. I notice he knit picks on my kids and is on them like white on rice, when his kids come around they get away with murder for example his daughter literaly slammed my sons fingures in the door and almost broke them, I told him what happen and his daughter got no punishment and he said my son must have done something to provoc her and he punished my kid. When I try and defend my child the answer I get is well I dont see my kids all the time your kids live here, both his daughter and my son are 12 years old but his daughter is 150lbs and about 5'3 and my son is 75lbs and under 5'0ft he is petite, there is a big size diffrence and he says my son should be a man. Are his tactics right or am I crazy?? Should I leave him because Im tired of it and dont know what to do.

So I'm thinking of applying to some graduate schools and I was wondering what the best way to contact the director of admissions or someone at the school of my choice? I was told by a professor that I should definitely do this before applying so I can get more information about the program and possibly meet 1 or 2 professors who teach there.
So my Q is, what is the correct/most common way that a prospective undergrad student is to contact and meet up with the grad school they want to apply to?

i've found my partner messaging girls on site called bebo.com., saying beautiful xx on there pictures and signing himself up on dating sites like passion.com. for decrete relationship. talking to a girl about what he wants to do to her etc. now when i confronted him about it he says he was just seeing if he's still got it ! i said well you've got me , is that not enough , its definetly some sort of cheating, what should i say or do ?
