i accidently used a tampon (light) overnight. i was not heavy at the time and i am a very hygenic person, but i am still worried.

nope your grand!! the first time i used one i was so nervous i got a masive temperature and almost fainted! haha but it was just silly me being nervous putting it in and reading the scary leaflet.
seriously, i knmow its bad, but there have been nights out when id put one in before i go out and forget bout it till the next day till like midday! i dont make a habit of it so noone give out to me please, but ive never had a problem. i think your either prone to these things or your not
i wouldnt worry unless your v sensitive to infections and ilnessees like. chill like

No if you only left it in you over night then you are OK TSS means when you leave a tampon in you and forget about it like a long time like 15 or more hours. So you should be OK. Good luck

Don't worry. I've accidentally left some in overnight. I've never gotten TSS (knock on wood). You'll be fine.

Don't be worried, I've worn super plus overnight with a not so heavy flow. You'll be ok.

You will know if you HAVE it. You can't get it in a little bit if you took the tampon out already. You would already know that your sick; you would have a fever, chill, sweats, and feel completely lousy.

ummm u could but if u havent had any symtoms yet then ur ok. i have slept in them and nothing has happened just dont make a habbit outa it
