Everyone is different. But for me, I'm visual. I can follow better if I see the instructions through.

I suggest something along the lines of studying the left or right side of the brain. It's said that people who think on either side take in information differently, either visually or phonetically. I myself do better with visual instructions, but am not sure which side of the brain I think through. Good luck on the research.

I'm a very visual learner. I can not learn by just being told. I have to be shown. Driving is a problem for me if I have to go outside of my comfort zone. I ask directions and am told go this far, left or right.... I can't follow that. If they say go down to the blue building turn there I can follow.Google visual learning.
