I read a spoiler<<<>>> that some of the heroes actually arent heroes because Mohinder has the list and goes out to find all 36 heroes and some of the characters we have already met are NOT on the list. And I think Nikki is one of them. I think she is a split personality and that her sister died a horrible death and possibly Nikki witnessed it. And then she morphed into a multiple personality with Jessica(her sister) as one. Im telling you, any Heroes fan should go to the NBC website and read the online comic. It really helps further the story along. Especially the one about Eden, the first Hero to die. I cant wait for January 22nd.But I dont know why Nikki is in jail. Did she kill DL??

Nikki has an alternate personality (her dead sister Jessica).

However, Jessica-as-Nikki seems to have a super-strength/superhuman strength as well. It says so on the character description if you search "Heroes TV Series" on www.en.wikipedia.org.
