would you rather have your eyesight....or would you rather have your hearing.....and why?

I'd rather have my hearing. There is a story aout a little kid who lost his eyes when he was young due to cancer and he uses echo location to picture things and get about without any help. Click the link to see more info and watch this kid in action.

I guess my eyesight. Because I have an 8 month old daughter and I want to see her grow up. Also I watch ALOT of tv and I could always turn on the caption! I also drive alot and I could still do all of these things if I lost my hearing but not my eyesight! I would just have to learn how to read lips and learn sign language.

I would rather have eyesight. I am a much more visual person. I want to be able to see by baby's face.

Eyesight to me is important...I don't like noise and I could certainly live without it. I would always want to see flowers, sunsets, some family, tv and Yahoo answers.

I would rather be deaf any day than blind. I work with deaf people using sign language. Being blind would be so difficult. Imagine not being able to see your newborn child or not seeing the beauty that this world has to offer.

eye sight. there are more and more things in technology that could help with hearing and i would rather see the world. and see the wonders it provides....see the sunset, see a starry night, see different sights all over the world.
