My boyfriends family are due to arrive in the UK from Iran next week and we are preparing them a welcome meal and party. I need a big recipie as his parents, 3 brothers and 5 sisters will be joining us. I have cooked for his cousin before, but as she was wearing a burkha I couldnt really judge her reaction to my roast vegetable and spinach frittata. As she speaks no English, I had to rely on my boyfriends translation. I'm thinking I should cook a Korma to remind them of home? Ideas?

I don't want to look like a frump. I just bought a bunch of clothes from American Eagle and old Navy. Its kin do fhard to get jeans on and off so I don't want to wear them unless it's a special occasion or what not. What can I wear that is still atractive but yet convientent.

My dad was just diagnosed and doesn't want family, friends, or work to find out. The only reason I know is because my mom told me w/o my dad knowing. My mom is trying to be there for him and he's mean to her. He says he doesn't need her help, he didn't even let her go the second opinion appt. with him. I know they dont have the best reputation, well Ford in general, but im 16 years old and the guy is selling it for $1,000. From what I look at online and in the blue books it is a very good deal. I have not driven it farther than just a few feet yet though because it was parked in a locked private lot. I will be able to drive it tomorrow and check it out. So no real problems with it, is it a good deal you think?

My parents keep pushing 11:30, while everyone else comes home at 12. I am responsibe and have done nothing illegal, I just dont see the difference in the extra half hour. They refuse to lenghen it and say its not me they dont trust its other people. I personally feel that comment pretty much means Im the one they dont trust. Also if there are any ideas on how to persuade them to lenghen it that would be great... thanks

That it's better to give people welfare than to make them work for a living?

Let's tax everyone who does work hard, and give more welfare to people who desire not to work or to be a contributing member of society!

Afterall, it's the American Way!

Let's just forget about the fact that the mentally and physically handicapped people can work, and not hold people accountable for their actions, such as getting pregnant when they're not financially or emotionally ready for it!

What can we do to make people understand that the Left way is the only way to go? People who work hard and sacrifice for their money are EVIL!!! How do we get that point across?
