i have that too. it's a dry skin condition. i can't remember what the dermatologist called it. but if you go to a dermatologist they can give you a special cream if it's really bad. but if it isn't then you can buy this stuff called am-lactin and put it on after taking a shower. and in the shower you should use a loofa type thing and scrub where the bumps are with a body wash.
i hope that helped :)

I have a condition called keratosis pilaris which causes all these bumps on my upper arms and legs. It's generally harmless, not painful, but really unattractive. I don't know if you have the same thing, but the only way to find out is to go to a doctor (preferably a dermatologist) and let them check you out.

There are some treatments that work better than others for this particular conditions, and different treatments work better for different individuals. The bummer about this condition (if this is indeed what you have) is that there isn't a cure for it, so you pretty much have to fight it with exfoliation and moisturization for the rest of your life.

What causes it is that keratin builds up in your hair follicles and your skin doesn't shed it the way that it does for normal skin.

Good luck. I hope you find out what's the matter.
