Batman would win; I know what's everyones saying about superman, yes he is the man of steel but batman knows this. He will find find out everything he can about superman (he is a detective after all). and believe me he WILL have some kryptonite on him. It's gonna be mind over muscle.
Spidey hands down. He's quicker than Hulk

Unfortunately, I would say:
-Superman. He is the Man of Steel, and despite Batman being extremely clever(most likely smarter in terms of street smarts than Clark) and very powerful in his own right, Superman is much stronger and much faster. Batman simply stands little chance.
-Hulk. Spiderman can get extremely cocky - and pride has always been his downfall. That, and Hulk is extremely powerful and, if in the right form, is an almost completely unstoppable ball of pure rage.

Batman has no superpowers so Superman would crush him. And Spider-Man would be thrown around like a ragdoll by the Hulk.

Come On!!! Superman........Hands down. Batman thinks he could fly now? Wait until Superman gets a hold of him.
As for Spiderman/Hulk? That's tough. Spiderman's puny, but fast...and clever. Hulk's massive...and dumb. Sixteen guesses, but I'd root for Spiderman. At least he knows what time of day it is.
