use one of the terrain tools on the left side of the screen. it`s a picture of a shovel. then you can lower or raise the amount of land u selected!

Lower the land with one of the tools- probably the showel.
Then raise it with the water.
It's simple and attracting people!

u make a hole in the ground then click water tool then click hole it will fill up with water to the depth you click at
