my bff's name is Rochelle (pronounced ra-shell) but we both think its way too long so we're trying to think of hott nicknames for her! She's really pretty preppy popular and she plays a lot of sports (cheerleading, basketball, swiming, diving, volleyball and soccer) oh yeah and she loves shopping! She has brown hair, brown eyes (although soemtimes she wears blue contacts) she's thin and has nice teeth. She's sleeping over so we're triyng to think of nicknames and the best nicname that fits her gets 10 points!

I am looking for a church denomination that is super traditional and conservative, and is not plagued with internal divisions and in-fighting. Please don't say Southern Baptists or the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. They are both full of internal divisions and internal debates and arguments over Christian teachings. Please don't say the Assemblies of God, since I do not believe in Pentecostalism. Thank you.

I have been home schooled all my life, now I am in college level classes 2 years early. I have lots of freinds and I make freinds very easy. (I once went to a men's retreet with my church, all the people there were like 3-4X my age. yet in the first hour I made 3 freinds that I still email often. I make freinds any where I go with no problems). I have a great social life with a home school group that goes on feild trips and does acttivitys together very often.

so why do people say to "avoid homeschooling" or try to tell other people that home schooled kids are not social. I am much more social than most kids at church my age. I excell in most subjects (math, science, reading, music...) the only subject that I have problems with is spelling (as some of you will notice). I have a house full of awards in Bible, public speaking, baking, bike riding, and so many more things. and a lot of my awards are on the state level. so why are people aganst it, when it WORKS?

I was walking one day at UCSD, when I saw " Islam Christianity" I was curious. He said that the Bible they have is unchanged, that Jesus was just a messenger/prophet. What do you say to this? because he said that The Bible is wrong bc it's been changed?

ok i am anorexic but my parents forced me to eat and it felt goOd..

i starved for 2 days.. and end up binging for 2 days.. will i gain weight?!..

or not yet..
i dont have plans to continue binging though ..its another eating disorder..

the foods i ate.. where pretty much sweets.. 3 slices of cakes 3 cups ice cream.. 1 box of chocolates... buiscuits.pastas. cookies.. for 2 days..

(it really felt good .. i wish i could eat like that again.. nevertheless i still need to watch my weight..

i keep on getting random crashes such as:

do you get the same 'blue screen of death' when you interact with other anti-spies/ security software? (such as ad-aware and spybot s&d) how do i get rid of the crashing?
i have windows 98 SE, 319 memory, intel celeron, compaq presario.
can tis mean that avg is incompatible with windows 98? should i install it on my windows xp?

I can't take the credit for this idea I got it as an email. I thought it was a GREAT idea, what do you think??


Like a lot of people, I have a job. I work, they pay me, I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as they see fit. In order for me to get that paycheck I am required to pass a urine test, which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don’t have to pass a urine test.

Shouldn’t people have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check? I have to pass one to go earn it for them.

Please understand, I have nothing against helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sit on their butt. Could you imagine how much money the government would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?

I feel like my shyness is making me waste my high school year. Im as wild and outgoing as i can be around people i know but i never engage new people and i feel this is hurting my changes at getting a girlfriend now that all my friends have them. Its odd like i said earlier im a perfectly normal kid when i am with friends but if i walking alone or something i just clam up which really stinks since most of my friends arent in my classes and dont have the same lunch i do. And we had a school merger so there are twice the kids in my grade now and i havent even spoke a word to almost all of them and prob looked like a loner to them.

any tips any 1 know am i just shy is it a disorder, low self-confidence anything will help

I got a green 4GB iPod Nano for Christmas and I was seeing if I could copy songs to the iPod from Windows Media Player. I had copied the songs from CD's I have. So I copied around 40 songs in 5 minutes, and when it was done, I checked the iPod to see if I could listen to them, and I couldn't! It still said what it said before when I got it, like when I select "Music" it would say "on-the-go" and then "when a song is selected, press and hold the center button......" Does anybody have this problem, and if so, how can it be solved?
