ok i am anorexic but my parents forced me to eat and it felt goOd..

i starved for 2 days.. and end up binging for 2 days.. will i gain weight?!..

or not yet..
i dont have plans to continue binging though ..its another eating disorder..

the foods i ate.. where pretty much sweets.. 3 slices of cakes 3 cups ice cream.. 1 box of chocolates... buiscuits.pastas. cookies.. for 2 days..

(it really felt good .. i wish i could eat like that again.. nevertheless i still need to watch my weight..

aneorexia does nothin good for u i learned that all it does it mess u up n bingin does not make u lose weight. from my experience
trust me ive been through it and i know the desperation to be skiiny but starving yourself and then eating those foods will only give your body the bad nutrition and you will probably end up in the hospital with diabetes. if you wanna eat like that i suggest you workout everyday. after you eat cause then your body is getting the nutrition you need and then you burn it off. by not eating your body stores all that fatning food you eat.

You should let your parents get you help. I had a really bad eating disorder last year when I was in 8The grade, it messed up friendships because I was the new girl who was creepy looking. My parents made me go into a program when I gained weight and got help. I am now 100% better. I know how you feel though, and I really think you should try to get some help and tell your parents what is going on if they do not know already. FYI my heart rate got very low and i had a change of having a heart attack at age 14! I was 5'2 and 85 pounds. So please help yourself!

You need to STOP the bingeing. Your body is like a wood stove...keeping things consistent makes is work most efficient.

To keep a wood stove temperature level you have to add wood or it will go out. Too much wood and it gets too hot. Your body works in the same way...eating correctly and prope exercise maximizes it's efficiency and eating too much and not exercising makes you fat.

Eating things like you listed is not efficient or healthy either....it will just make you that much more hungry and cause your blood sugar to spike. Everytime you send your blood sugar sky high it is going to go just as far down and you'll feel even worse.

You need to make sure that you eat protein, carbohydrates and fats in their proper proportions daily. I would suggest that you check out the nutrition section of any reputable medical site (i.e. www.webmd.com) immediately and educate yourself before you do irreversible damage to your body. If you don't think that anorexia can kill you just read about Karen Carpenter. She had a brilliant career but her anorexia harmed her body so much that she died! There's no such thing as being a "little bit" anorexic so don't think this extreme consequence can't happen to you.

Please, Please, Please get yourself some help. Your parents are not trying to harm you...they're trying to help you. I can promise you that being thin doesn't equate to being attractive and it certainly isn't worth dying for.

Figure out what inadequecies you feel you have and deal with those emotions or conceptions. You have everything to gain by healing yourself before you do any more damage to your body.

if your anorexic, you should know to stay away from starving and binging like that. You could turn your anorexia to bulemia, and you will still have an eating disorder. Try some counseling and behavior modifications techniques. It can help you before you really hurt yourself. Alot of people die from this disorder.

i dont think u will gain weight just by doing that for 2 days. BUt if continue doing that,you will gain weight.Its better to have a healthy diet, eat in proper way, if not it will harm your body

Consider eating healthier foods. u wont gain weight and your getting the nutrition you need. stick to greens like vegetables or fruits like apples! protein is good to so have chicken not friend just cooked its good and good for you!
