I've been using many brands like Vidal Sasoon, L'oreal Paris and other japan products, but none gave me the best results! im living in Malaysia right now and there's not a lot of brands to choose from, no variety! Where can i get the straighteners you've mentioned online?

Today when I went to take a shower I turned the know on and nothing happend. However when I turned it the other way (towards cold/off) the water came on. The knob turns a little both ways with the middle being off now. It does not turn enough either way to get the hot water to turn on or have a full stream. Everything was fine yesterday and no one else uses this shower. This shower knob is a single knob - Turn all the way to the right for off and turn left to turn it on and more left to add hot water. I did not have time to take it apart before I had to leave this a.m. Anyone know what the problem could be? Maybe it just got out of alignment or something?

My niece was watching a cartoon and saw a butterfly. She asked if butterflies are real, and I said "of course." She said "then why haven't I seen one?" A 5 year old understands what most adults don't, that a lack of evidence for something is evidence against it. For example, when you watch "Lord of the Rings", do you say "Well I have never seen an evil monster name Soren before, so I guess I don't know if he is fake or real." No, you assume that because you haven't seen him, he is fake. You assume the same about all things for which you have no evidence. Why don't people understand this about God, or psychic powers, or souls, etc.? Why is a 5 year old smarter than adults?

Does this bother anyone else? It's one thing to embrace other cultures and beliefs, but when you are allowing them to "rewrite" the way things in this nation have been done for years something isn't right. What's worse than this is the people of this nation are like "so what, big deal".

The story of Nora Aunor unparalled in the history of Philippine showbusiness. She has become the country’s enduring Superstar, a multi-awarded film actress, truly a living legend.

Dubbed as the ’Girl with the Golden Voice’ she changed the course of Philippine pop music by outselling local and foreign singers at that time.

She was born Maria Leonora Teresa Villamayor to a large and poor family in Iriga City, Camarines Sur. At the age of five, she was selling water at the railroad station. The family lived in a nipa house with only one gasera to provide light, and sometimes Nora went to school barefoot. But then, tinseltown beckoned.

She began to make movies, and was paired with Tirso Cruz III. As Guy and Pip, they were a popular pair for many years, but then came a professional parting of the ways.

From musicals, Nora graduated to dramatic roles. And what an actress she turned out to be! She remains one of the very best.

She is married to Christopher De Leon and continues to be the doting mother to her real-life son, Ian Kristoffer, and adopted children Lotlot, Matet, both of whom have appeared in films, Kiko and Kenneth.

Nick Joaquin wrote in his book on Aunor: ‘She has broken the color line in the Philippine movies, where the rule used to be that heroines must be fair skin and chiseled of profile. Though neither fair nor statuesque, she has bloomed into a beauty all the more fascinating because it’s not standard. Seen close up, her complexion shows find gold tints, her features reveal a delicacy of outline, and her large liquid eyes are lovely’.

Miss Nora Aunor is without doubt the Undisputed Queen of Philippine Movies, The One and Only Superstar and The Greatest Actress of All Time of Philippine Cinema.

Go tell that long tongue liar
Go and tell that midnight rider
Tell the rambler,
The gambler,
The back biter
Tell 'em that God's gonna cut 'em down
-------------------------------------------------------
I just got the latest Johnny cash CD, and on God's gonna cut you down, I was wondering exactly what a mighnight rider, a rambler, and a back biter exactly is?

Also, in The man comes around, this bit confuses me as well

And the whirlwind is in the thorn tree.
The virgins are all trimming their wicks.
The whirlwind is in the thorn tree.
It's hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

thanks

However, this means i'll be wearing stockings and my boyfriend dosen't like the idea coz he thinks the interviewer(s) will be more interested in my choice of hosiery than my brain! I wouldn't wear seamed ones but i would be wearing a suspender belt - what should i do and would stayups be better?

Sure is common here and I never could understand why. I know the soup originated in china but that does not mean that it has to be eaten with chopsticks every place.

Then they serve stirfry over rice and give each a spoon and fork. The spoon is for eating, the fork is a pusher.

Not like in the USA either cuz the spoon is a table spoon and not the samll spoon they use there.

Any way chopsticks with soup seems a little much to me.

I would really appreciate it if you give me an honest answer. Ok 2 years ago we got a dog, a chihuahua. My mom went crazy over him and she NEVER let him go. The year after that we got a yorkshire terrier and she started going crazy over that and treating our chihuahua like dirt. She put him inside a small room but let the yorkshire terrier run around the house. When I ask her why she's so mean she always says it's because that chihuahua doesn't know where to wee and he sheds. And it's always a lie. In front of PEOPLE she says that. But to me she goes on and on and on about how terrible my chihuahua is. I like my chihuahua better than my yorkshire terrier because my chihuahua is loyal since i had him since he was a small pup. And I can't help it I want to keep my chihuahua. And my mom's keep telling my dad to sell it. And whenever I say no my mom snaps at me and tells my dad to shut me up. What do I do?? I want to keep my chihuahua!!
