Based on Mr. Bush' statement regarding opening mail without proper Constitutional protections afforded in the form of a search warrant. What would constitute an exigent circumstance? I understand that there are certain situations regarding intelligence gathering where time is of the essence, but we are talking about mail here. It is physical and can easily be quarantined until a search warrant can be obtained. I am a conservative and I do support legitimate intellignece gathering for the purposes of security, but frankly this whole thing reads like an Orwell novel to me with a huge potential for abuse of power.

I know that my boyfriend is cheating. The bad thing is, he is not just cheating with 1 other ...but 2. (Maybe more) I'm 15 weeks pregnant with his baby, and I love him. We have been together for 3 years. I know one of the girls he is sleeping with, and I found out by snooping through his voicemails. He has no idea, and I know that it was wrong on my part, but I just had a feeling something was up. The woman he is cheating with is 10 years older than me, he's 11 years older than me. I'm 25. What is scary, the woman I know he is cheating with use to be my manager when I was bartending. (I believe she might have a finance) (not sure) but she did a year ago. I am hurting so bad inside, and as much as I want him in my life, I don't think I could ever trust him again. How can I tell him it's over? Should I just end it and give him no reason? Or let him know he is busted? When I accuse him of things, he gets really defensive, and acts like he doesn't care if we stop talking or not. HELP!!!!

Yeah, hi everybody! So, this girl of my heart is having her birthday this month and since last month I have been preparing a birthday card for her - which I made by myself. But, now I actually doubt if I have to give it to her. And is a birthday card enough because I am afraid that if I give her something else, a present, than I would look like a weirdo since I would be the only boy to give her a present?

*this girl knows my feeling and she said she just want to be friends and we are 14. that's why i think it would be inappropriate for me to give her a present; and just a made-by-myself card would be enough to impress. is it?

I had really liked this guy and by best guy friend had told him this i like him. He said that I was cute and that made me happy. When he finally asked me out i just couldnt say no. After one day he decited to break up with me. I had no idea why. I didnt rush into anything and I didnt even call him anything over wowing. Then I asked my friend to ask him why did he do that. He had told her that he only asked me out cause he felt sorry for me and he said that every time that he saw me, I reminded him of his little sister. I was devistated. He also said that he knew that in real life he would never go out with me cause im friend cute and not girl friend matterial. I want to get revenge on this guy for making me so mad and I want to get over him. I dont mean to sound desprate but..// Can you please help me?

I worked with many lender and yet I can't seem to find anyone to approve my loan for 85%LTV...I understand that I may have a difficult loan due to the fact my midscore is: 542..1X60day late; a reprossesion; collections;etc....but I have the equity in my home..and I have a decent income..so what is the problem?
I have been approve for 75-80%LTV, but I desprately need 85%..I want a direct lender to help...who can say YES?

I recently had a problem where my Windows XP went "black screen" and the repairman said that it was best in the case of XP to not load up any Spyware removal or Registry repair programs as they do more harm than good. Is this true? He said that one really only needs a good anti-virus program and the XP service pack.
Any clarity on this, with good logical reasoning, would be much appreciated. thx

I woke up this morning, had breakfast then had a bath, after the bath whilst getting dressed i noticed that my belly was really bloated up, i look pregnant. I havent had a period for around 5 months now, nothing apart from a little dribble, but im certain im not pregnant, besides it wouldnt just show overnight like that would it, could my bloated belly just be the build up of where i havent bleed for ages? or i did ate a lot of pizza last night asa one off, could it be this? or is there any other reason do you think please? thanks.
