Go look at "Easyjet" or www.germanwings.co.uk (a definite they fly from Gatwick),Ryanair..they all do flights to Germany here . What part of Germany are you wanting to fly to?

Yes, you can fly from Gatwick to Germany but it depends where and wich airport in Germany.

You have go through Terminal 4 without a visa since you will not exit the terminal. But if you are flying from a different terminal then you need a transit visa which they normally give with a fees and you have to show your next flight.

yeah you can try Lufthansa airlines or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines easyjet also do this route and would probably be the cheapest option!
