Pancake recipe
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add milk and mix well. Add egg and again mix well.
In a skillet pour some olive oil, heat and with a soup ladle pour some pancake batter in. (about 5 to 6 inches in diameter or size that you want). Allow to cook (fry) until the pancake edges bubble and the pancake seems golden when you lift it slightly with the utensil used to flip eggs. Turn carefully (so the oil does not splash) and cook the other side. Remove and add more olive oil if not enough in skillet and repeat until all the batter is cooked..
To make more batter (if not enough pancakes) always add the same amount of everything. ex. 2 for 2 of everything in recipe ...... 3 for 3 of everything in recipe and so on.
Enjoy
