i have getting my decree nisa through. but i have not yet recieved my decree absolute hasnt been confirmed yet. can i still get engadged to my boyfriend

i simply can't fall asleep before 2:00. i'm a big chocolate fan, but even when i don't eat chocolate i have trouble sleeping. i just start thinking about everything and i can't fall asleep and i'm pretty tired all day. i always fell asleep hardly and woke up late but for the past 6 months i think i'm becoming an insomniac. i wake up at 10:30 in the morning now, i don't even set the clock because i know i'll stop the alarm and go back to bed.
waking up early has even worse results, because i still fall asleep late even if i get up at 7. how can i do to fall asleep?

I bought a 2004 intrepid at Gateway chevy, and my credit wasnt that great, and I refused to have a cosigner so the sales man said that was ok but did I know anyone that could sign a waiver that would up my fica score from 500 to 700 points in order to get the 5.9% financing. I said yeah my mom would. well when the salesman met with my mom in the hospital, drugged up also from medication, and she is also 83 years old, he got her to cosign for the loan. I didnt know this until 2 months later when i was arrested at my moms house for criminal tresspass when I was living there for 2 months. the alsip police towed my new car back to the dealers and I was placed in jail for 5 months, due to criminal tresspass, and they were also looking to file an idenity charge on me but it never happened. my neice who also lived in my moms house, was the one who filed the charge of criminal tresspass. I lost my Job, my car, all my furniture that I had in storage from the sale of my home. how long do I have.

My husband is a big mama's boy and for christmas and new year's vacation he drove me crazy. We live with his mother and during his time here (HE IS IN THE ARMY) he spent the day with me and our baby and at night with his mom. He puts his mom before me and our baby. I dont know what to do. His mom calls me selfish and my husband does to. Now that he left back to the military base me and his mom dont get along. any suggestions. He is talking about divorice cause he will not leave his mother. She is ruining our marrgiage. I love him alot. But he needs to separate himself from her.
