I don't know about plans for a repeat yet, but I am sure it will be. However, I thought it was incredibly weak - not at all like the original series - I would say it wasn't even worth bothering with. Milly is still with Egg, and they have a child (all very unlikely), she has given up work and he is world famous author. They all get together to spend an implausible few days together at Miles's country pad for a reunion - being filmed for a so called documentary - so there is alot of fake pseudo talking to the camera explaining how they feel about what they have done over the years. Miles's new wife is nothing but a thin plot device, and the behaviour and characterisation are thin and sketchy. Sorry to be a bore, I loved the original series - but the follow up is a real disappointment.

it could possible be on late night sometime on bbc2 as that was what it was shown on originally. i thought it was very good no matter what the critics say and is worth watching. i dont know if it could be on any digital channels so it might be worth checking them but it might also be available on dvd soon. i hope you enjoy it!
