I think you mean Santander, which is a city on Spain's north coast.

It is in Northern spain, and called Santander - you can get a ferry directly there from Plymouth, Devon - but it's a very stormy route!

If you mean Santander, do go there, it is a lovely city, with the best and cheapest public service transport i have ever encountered.
