You are probably loosing blood circulation some how. If there is nothing you are doing to cause it externally (tight bracelet, sleeve, holding your hand down for a long time) then I'd see a doctor about it as you may have a vessel that is blocked. It could also be something more serious like ball and joint or carpal tunnel... so get it checked sooner than later =)

It depends. Does it happen only when you are in bed, laying down? Or when you are awake and sitting upright? It could be just that you slept on it wrong and cut off the blood supply. If you shake your hand that feeling should go away (I know, it hurts).

If you get it during the day, you could have a pinched nerve or maybe even a little carpel tunnel.

See your doctor if it keeps up.

This is a ( blood ) circulation problem. It could be anything, from something benign to a symptom of an impending heart failure.

Donot panic, but go see a doctor. ASAP.

In the mean time: get lots of rest, eat moderately ( mostly vegetables and fruit ), donot perform heavy physical work.

Yep. My mother had this problem a while back. Get checked out. She had a mild case of carpal tunnel (sp?). The doctor had her wear special gloves for I think 8 hours a day. She just wore them to bed.

Parasthesia can result from something as simple as pressure on nerves or temporarily blocked circulation, but in that case it should be temporary. If it is persistent, it could indicate a neuropathy from a condition such as diabetes, lupus, or MS.
If the condition continues, please see a doctor

Your limbs have poor circulation. You need to decide if it is something you are doing - like cutting off the circulation unintentionally yourself...... or maybe you have a circulation problem that needs medical attention.
