"No, wait," the guy says. He asks the dog "what does sandpaper feel like?" "Rough!" the dog answers. The talent agent gives a condescending blank stare. He is losing his patience. "No, hang on," the guy says. "This one will amaze you. " He turns and asks the dog: "Who, in your opinion, was the greatest baseball player of all time?" "Ruth!" goes the dog. And the talent scount, having seen enough, boots them out of his office onto the street. And the dog turns to the guy and says "Maybe I shoulda said DiMaggio?"

I decided to eat better and start running to lose weight couple weeks ago and people have started to tell me that running isn't very good for losing weight and that i should lift weights and do pull ups, push ups, crunches ect. is this true?? and if it is better how much of the exercises should i do to equal the running i do? right now i run three times a day and totals about 6 miles. Black guys have failed women of color i am hispanic and i normally date black guys. but honestly im over the self concious player who surrounds himself with girls just to cover insecurites up. White guys will look at me and i'll smile back but they dont come up to me. I dont know why i think maye its the whole ghetto stigma women of color have. Could I be bipolar?
I have heard if you get pissed over nothing.
you could be in a great mood and suddenly for no reason depressed as hell?
because I keep having this happen.
like yesterday i was in a good mood, later on for no reason i had i guess you could say a mood swing?
That happens.
I haven't had a good nights sleep in over a week. (is that a symptom)
i thought about suicide once or twice, but I won't do that i just entered my mind.

can someone tell me if they think it is? because this sucks.
