took out a 70k HELOC 1.5 years ago, adding my 1st i owe 205,000. My intrest rate on my 1st is "ARM' 10% and 2nd 12%. These are killing my payments. I went to try to refinance my credit is 670, but they are telling me my property is valued at 185. if i would come up with 20k they tell me i could save a huge chunk of money. My home was actually appraised at 220 when i took out the HELOC 1.5 years ago. They used a computer to figure it out not a actual appraiser. After doing some reasearch homes sold for 184,000 at that time. I live in a townhome communtiy. i have both of these loans with countywide financial and they will not help me at all, after i paid for an appraisal, came in at 184k. Again i talked to an appriser and he told me it should of never appraised at 220. countywide pushed this HELOC to paydown debts so it would make refiancing my first easy.

had a wonderful relationship w/sister before this. I miss her. she has accused parents and siblings including myself of terrible things from sexual abuse, to murder, to shooting her. rec'd a restraining order from her 4 yrs ago. But I miss her and I would like to talk to her again. I know she was in therapy at the time, because she told me prior to restraining order. any ideas? Thanks

Any tips to make it more enjoyable? Do you have a straightened clothes closet? How does it make you feel? Mine is full of piles of clothing, cant find anything. Rest of house is spotless....but I hate going into my closet!!! :-(

I already have my ps2 connected to the net, now I would just like to know if I can surf the web and not just play games. Believe it or not I did do a little research before asking, just cant seem to get a straight answer....some say yes some say no. On top of this I found this thing called "PS2 Network Broadband Internet Adapter for PlayStation 2" where it clearly says "surf the web". Do I need one of these , will they work for what Im wanting, is there something else I can do or am I just out of luck? Any help will be appreciated.

By the way this is just a plain slim ps2, not psp. thanks

in as short as possible... i met my now husband in nov of 04... i was told he had an ex and that they split in aug 04.... i was told jan 05 after we became "official" that he had a child with his ex, but thing were def over between them... they were never married... well in sept 05 he joined the army, and all the truths came out the closet... he was leading her on the whole time and told her that they were gonna work things out, and yet he was also proposing to me becuase he wanted to be with me, yet he was still screwing her... they never lived together, but me and him did... he came back from basic in dec 05.. and pleaded to me that i was his world, and he sat me down with her and told her that they are connected through a child but hes in love with me and im who he wants to be with... i took him back with all confidence that he wont cheat on me again... yet im portrayed as the one who ruined something that really wasnt doing that good to begin with... so what am i the "home wrecker"

Although I was unaware of this at the time, my boyfriend and I started dating about a month after he and his ex broke up. He was going into the military and she wasn't going to wait. Then I came along and "we" happened. I have stayed with him because i fell for him instantly. Although our relationship is long distance, b/c he's in the military, i wait b/c I think he is the one.
He has asked me to move in with him, told me that I am the one, and we discuss marriage and kids, and he gave me a promise ring-representing our past present and future. But his ex makes me doubt it all.
She has been calling from the start (he always told me...no secrets). But then when she wrote him in basic (he told me), i wanted to be done w/ the rel. But he got me to stay.
Now nine months into our rel. she was calling around the holidays.
I overheard the brief convo (at 3am). I asked who it was and he said a cousin. He lied but when we talked about it, said he lied b/c i'd freak. lovesme but Do I trust ?
