We are opening a manufacturing plant and we need to rise USD 7.5 million.

Look up the local distribution companies in the US. They may want to buy renewable energy 'shares' for consumers.

7.5 million is a lot for a start up renewable energy company in a foreign country from the US. Perhaps start with a single client with a small-scale plant then upgrade after beating out the competition.
