I am a primary school teacher and this term we are studying the Victorians as our topic. We have to link it to art, so I was thinkin about Victorian artists. Ive looked on google but it doesn't really narrow it down. So, deos anyone know a suitable artist from the Victorian era I could use with children (8/9 year olds) ? ? ? The paintings names would be cool aswell , if you can suggest any ? ?

i have quite a big nose thats got a thick bridge (near eyes) n a large(ish) bobble bit on the end (the bit abov nostrils) that sorta curvs down, it has a little bit of a bump but its not really noticable. it also 'slopes' from being more to one side of my face to the other like this ---> / ......lol. i feel ugly, would this make me look ugly?

Hello, i'm 25 and have a soulmate that lives in Thailand (no silly comments-Thailand is a beautiful place country). She is 25 also and we have known eachother for over 3 years and talk nearly everyday on webcam and phone calls and msn- we have so much in comon its just great and makes us both so happy. I am finally going to visit her in April this year and she is going to show me the real Thailand (I have never been before). I have told her a while back that I have deeper feelings for her than just friendship, and I have never met a girl so sesitive and caring as her. She values a relationship very highly as, like myself, she has been hurt in the past. Obviously, we will know for certain if it's true love when we meet. My worry is, what if we do fall completely in love?? Im in UK and she's over there? Could it work? We have a very strong friendship and value it as no.1 so we have said no matter what, if relationship don't happen we will always be best friends.Best answer will be chosen

What does it make you feel to see two human being fighting each other, and hurting each other. What is more insane the fascination the public to watch and get excited about it while the fighters are hurting each other? Or the boxers who do it? What about the display of violence of the worship of force and our acceptation of it? what does it say about our society?

Would you want your children to become a boxer? would you want to be one?

Some of the fighters die, or suffer permanent damage from it?

I think it's collective hysteria and mental insanity...

Do you think it's right and cool? and why?

I have started the year pretty well i have only had one chocolate so far oh and a chocolate sundae (coughing) and i have the urge to buy some chocolate on my lunch break anybody got advice should i just go for it...my plan was to have one day in the week where i eat whatever to gradually eat more heathly everyday but i am addicted to chocolate and i all ready ate a kitkat bar on wednesday i need well power anybody out there can share your well power techniques and no smart comments!
