Don't panic.
A missed period doesn't happen just because a woman's pregnant. There are other factors that cause you to miss your period. Stress is one of them. Excessive weight loss or gain is another. If you have an eating disorder, such as anorexia or bulimia or you've increased exercise in the past months (like if you're an athlete). Another reason could be use of medications, such as hormonal birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods.
Hormonal abnormalities, which cause fluctuating levels of the hormones needed to support menstruation.
There are also problems with the pelvic organs, such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome that cause irregular periods. It's best to speak with your OB/GYN to confirm what the cause of your missed period is so that if its hormonal she can prescribe the necessary medication.

go to your doctor. Because you've missed your period, this doesnt mean that your pregnant as you have to have sex to fall pregnant. How long have you been having your periods for? Have you lost a lot of weight or are you under weight? Have you been under any extra stress at home or at school.
Pregnancy isnt the only reason that you would miss a period.
Good Luck

Don't stress! That's probably one key to the hormone change and it leads to a change in your body. I've been through this many many times in my life since I started that whole cycle thing. You won't get pregnant from nothing I can tell ya that. If you did you'd be one rich and having to prove it person but it's probably just some stress and different changes going on in your body it happens throughout the years. If you've gained weight, lost it, stress, extra activity or exercise or become a couch potato. All of these can change your hormones.

A doctor once said to me "if you have a functioning uterus then you can be pregnant". Do a pregnancy test to rule this out unless you have never had sex. See your GP next. If you haven't had your periods for very long then it can take a couple of years or more to start to regulate. Good luck!

It sounds like you may just have a hormonal imbalance there somewhere. A friend of mine had to take the pill to make her periods come every month. Some girls don't get their period every month like others do. Talk to your mum or doctor and they can explain more. If you have not had sex, you have nothing to worry about.

It's very common to have irregular periods at your age. You are too young to be ovulating on a regular basis. They will probably work themselves out as you get older.
