I am usually on the religious site, but I though I would try this one, as this diet thing caught my attention. I am 37 years old, and have had 4 children. I have a athletic background from when I was younger. Up until a couple of weeks ago I was not active and running or any exercise. I ate junk, pizzas, Macas, Lollies, Chips, you name it. I am 5ft 6, and at the end of 2004 I weight a very tiny 51 kg. After I stopped exercising I put on 12 kg within 2 years and weighed 64-65kg Tops.(disgusting)that is the heaviest I have ever been except for being pregnant. Not bad in a way concidering I was not excericing and eating junk everyday. I now weigh 62 kg, which means I have lost 2 kg because I have started running again. And have only been doing it for 2 weeks. I still have a long way to go, as I aim to get to 57 kg. Not bad for 4 kids hey, and I will be 38 in April this year. How long can I run easy until I build up for harder longer runs, as the weight will surley come of then.
