Is Peter Jackson filming the Hobbit because I heard New Line wasn't going to pay him the amount he wanted so he was going to sue them. Is this true because if it is and he isn't making it, the film won't be half as good as the Lord of the Rings were. Peter Jackson did amazing on them, and New Line should pay the amount he wants i mean after all he's making them millions of dollars anyway. So is this true or isnt it?

Standard movie thing. After a Franchise is succesful, they hire cheaper directors. Besides, what are they going to do make Hobbits 2. Its a hard movie to direct, after the lord of the rings. THe battle in the end would not be as good as LOTR.
