If you have Windows XP, you could use the Software Repair Wizard. First click on the Software Repare Wizard icon (visible when you first switch on). Then click on 'next', then click on 'continue the software repair wizard. After clicking on 'next' again, you'll be given two options - pick the second, 'take me to the advanced options'. Then click 'start application recovery' and follow instructions. This will return your computer to shop floor conditions. It's a drastic measure but it certainly works.

You shouldnt have two anti-virus on one system. Try some anti-spyware scans also, they can sometimes remove this kind of

Doing this should clean out all viruses and should be done every 6 months or so to keep your system clean and fast anyway.
