hi i am a 19 year old(male) student and my goal is to achieve a beach body....recently i have been going to the gym and have been working out hard but i seem to lift less weight than even the skinniest person in the gym......sb suggested me to take the energy shot capsules that are available in the marker but i was skeptical......for those who know anything about these energy shot could you please tell me whether it is safe to take such supplements.....thanks

Ok so we are finally transitioning dd to milk.( She has always got up once during the night to eat(I know we should stop feeding her), but she has only slept thru the night maybe 5 times, anyway, since the transition to milk, we are doing 1/2 and 1/2 she is waking up 2 times a night wanting to eat. She went to bed at 7:00 last night and took a 8 oz. bottle(1/2 formula,1/2 milk) woke up at 11 and drank 6 oz. and just woke up at 4 and took 4 oz. She drank almost an entire days worth of milk in 9 hours. I know the milk is less filling and she has actually been eating some food so what is going on. Is this normal? I thought getting up once was bad , now twice. I am trying to tackle one battle at a time and getting her off formula was first, next is sleeping thru the night. I still am concerned she is hungry and I don't want her getting so worked up she vomits. She is starting to drink out of the nuby cup, but only water. if I put milk in there she freaks out. She refuses anything but water

My dog is 8.5 years old and is a mixed breed. He is the sweetest dog most of the times but there are times when he attacks/bites/rips flesh for reasons otherwise unjustified(like touching him when he is awaiting his feed). He has cataract in both eyes and turns into a beast during the nights.He has bitten a friend on the face and my dad on the hand, both resulting in plastic surgeries. I know its not safe for me to keep him with me, but dont have the heart to put him either. He is so attached and dependant on me that i'm not sure if he can live without me.
Please help me if i can do something about is behaviour thru medication or teeth grinding or anyting else so that i can have him without any fears.

Have you seen Saddam's execution video? I've seen it and my God it sent shivers down my spine. Have you seen how tough and collected this man looked?!
