I've tried to get rid of my shyness for a few years, but with no result! Do you know any ways for me to get rid of this shyness? I can't stand this anymore! It's making my life awful! I hate being shy! But what can I do? Do you know any solution? I heard of a medicine that may treat this, but I don't know... this may be the only solution I have... What do you think?

I just had a vasectomy last week-end. It's day 5 and my 1st day back at work. I was up and walking short distances on day 3 and 4. My 1st day back at work i walked around for about 2 hours (being careful), and was dying with the pain. I can't take any kind of pain medication at work, but I absolutely have to be there. No calling in. No excuses. My question is. How long is this major pain going to last? I don't have any major swelling, just acute pain that almost makes me vomit if I don't sit for about 30 min out of every hour and a half

Oklahoma had one loss to #7 Texas. They also lost one game to Oregon on quite possibly the worst call in the history of football.

Florida lost to #11 Auburn.

Without the refs gaffe in Oregon, Oklahoma might be playing Ohio State for the Championship. But Boise State just beat Oklahoma, so...

Shouldn't Boise State be playing the only other undefeated team (Ohio State) for the National Championship?

If the Gators win, how can the only undefeated team not be the Champions?

If the Buckeyes win, shouldn't they split the championship with the only other undefeated team?

Yes... I'm ill... have the cold/flu real bad.. This is my first day back at work and feel rotten... Have had it for 6 days now... This is the first time I've been out of bed for 4 days... Can't use my legs anymore (I'm convinced they are not mine and I have someone else’s by mistake! lol)
I have the worst cough ever... Have been using so far: Lemsip max strength capsules, then paracetamol and ibuprofen when ran out... on Strepsils lozenges and using Vics Sinex to keep me breathing... but at the end of my tether now... usually have shaken it after 3days but no such luck this time...

... What works for you, out of interest that I could maybe try that I haven't already??

Help much appreciated...

As a sommelier myself, I find that some restaurateurs feel that the staff should all have sufficient knowledge of the food, drinks and tobaccos to service the customers' requirements, whilst some feel that a sommelier is essential for the smooth running of the service and satisfaction of the clients. I currently work for a wine supplier, rather than on a restaurant floor, where I find my training is equally applicable. What do you consider to be the arguments for and against having sommeliers in restaurants.

I was with this guy for 8 months, but we recently broke up because of distance. I offered to go over and live there for a while, but nothing came of the suggestion, as i was already to late in making it (but wanted to try anyway). I know he likes me a lot, as he was always telling me how lucky he was to know me, how much everything i said enchanted him, that he liked me for me and how much he missed me and wanted me to be near him, why couldn't i live there etc...plus he could remember everything i ever said to him and was always the first to say any endearments. We also both felt a connection to eachother the first time we met, (he said he would come and find me wherever i was, whether i was married, had children etc, that he would come for me.) But now it's over he won't say goodbye, even though i've asked and said that hearing those words would help me get some closier and move on, he just won't say anything to me anymore.

There is a significant weight difference, so they're easy to tell apart, however if they both have pacifiers in their mouths, they look VERY similar.

Same hair color, same blood type.

What other features can you look at to know whether they're fraternal or identical?

Is there a simple, inexpensive medical test that can be performed to find out definitivly?

Early ultrasound docs guessed they were fraternal. Nursury nurses thought they were identical. Separate sacs (this can go either way). I understand that fingerprints are unique among identical twins.

....and please don't give me the "if they don't look alike they're fraternal" line. If it were that obvious, I wouldn't be asking this question. Thanks
