There are 3 possibilities:
1) Someone with no tag or sticker who is just lazy-I call the cops and stay there and publicly remind them that truly handicapped people would adore to be able to park farther away but are not able to.
2) Someone whose handicap is not immediately apparent-if they have a tag there is no way to tell.
3) Someone who is driving a handicapped person's vehicle and using the spot when there's no need-again, no way to tell but shame on them.
I have both worked for and with handicapped folks and they would rather live normally if they could.

Sometimes they are sharing a vehicle for either a driver or passenger who may not be with them presently but who is actually handicapped. That is if they had a sign in the window or a permanent tag. If not, they definitely could get a fine. Some people have unseen problems such as epilepsy so don't be too quick to judge. If you have evidence to be suspicious of insurance fraud or of collecting disability unworthily call the proper authorities.

Yes, some will put quite a bit of effort into wasting time and modeling corruption to others. In some situations, maybe not handicapped parking, things are taken away from the people who need it the most because people are ignoring the Holy Spirit within them and there are no excuses.

I work as a security officer in Texas and I see it all the time. This person has a relatives' handicap ribbon and places it on the mirror so he/she can park closer to the business they are shopping at. The ones I like are the people who DON'T have that ribbon, but as soon as they see me start limping all the way to the front door. THOSE are the ones I point out to the city meter maid, lol.

Well...handicapped can mean alot of things, including mentally handicapped or recovering from sickness. Just because someone may look healthy doesn't mean they are, but a sticker is a sticker and if they have it, they're allowed to park there. Sorry!

I live in Florida. There are 400 handicapped spots for every 50 regular spots. Some drivers scare the h*ll out of me. They get out of their cars and use walkers or canes or wear those "I just had cataract surgery sunglasses" and can't see shiite.. When they're driving, their reaction time has to be lousy. They bother me more than the people who really don't need the spots. At least they can drive.

Don't be so quick to judge others. You don't know their medical history. A bad heart would be one, you don't have to have a cane, wheelchair or walker to be in a handicapped spot.

Yes I have, I worked with a woman who claimed she couldn't lift or walk any distance. Due to a back and knee injuries.
My boss & I went several towns over to shop at Costco and there she was shopping away, lifting cases of soda & pushing a flat cart full of heavy items.
My boss was so angry, she walked up to her and said your not handycaped and your fired.

I guy I worked with got a fake cast and wheelchair so he could be wheeled up to the front row which allows wheelchairs at a sold out rock concert. He hid beer in the cast too and drunk it during the show. He also brought photos to work and showed me.

This place is rampant with them. People to get free disability checks and when they leave the office there's nothing wrong. People do it for a living.
